Set under trees or open to the sunlight with some grassed areas, travellers in RV's, vans or push bikes enjoy warm winter days in the campground. Pet friendly sites are available.
Menu offings include Queensland produce -teas/coffee including high quality aged beef and fish from the Gulf of Carpentaria. A "Taste of Queensland" theme features Redclaw (inland crayfish farm grown close by) in the evening and fresh free range eggs and locally cured bacon are breakfast options. The cafe menu includes onsite baked goods and international fancies.
A small onsite gallery has exhibitions from April through to September. Workshops can be booked for small groups include printmaking, eco botanical dying bread, pasta, butter and other heritage cooking skills.
