Fully equipped 3-bedroom home with a large, fully fenced outdoor area and yard. It is located on a corner block and has a guesthouse on the side of the premises. It is completely private to the guesthouse, but there is a shared internal wall so please be mindful that you may hear some slight noise during your stay.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and linen & split system air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and linen, split system air conditioning & ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds and linen & ceiling fan.
The living area has a large couch in front of the smart TV. There is a 6 seater table for your family meals and a large split system air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials.
Enjoy an outdoor shower with hot and cold water! You have a private driveway which will fit 2 cars and there is also on street parking.
Please bring your own pet bedding to ensure they are comfortable and stay off the furniture. Your pets must be cleaned up after with no mess/fur inside or out. I love to be able to accommodate you travelling with your pets so please keep this a clean and easy process so all can enjoy. I will charge extra cleaning fees if this is not done.
